We’re Hiring: HR & Operations Executive / Coordinator

Location: On-Site
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Founder / CEO
Salary: Fixed Salary

At Wayug Infotech Solutions, we’re looking for an organized, proactive, and responsible HR & Operations Executive / Coordinator who can keep our team aligned, people connected, and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

If you take ownership, communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and get things done without constant supervision, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Team & Daily Operations

Track daily and weekly work updates from Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
Conduct short daily team meetings and help resolve blockers
Keep task boards updated using Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools
Prepare simple weekly reports for the leadership team
Follow up with team members on pending tasks and deadlines

Hiring & Recruitment

Create and post job openings across relevant platforms
Shortlist resumes and connect with candidates
Conduct initial screening calls
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Support new employees with onboarding and joining formalities

HR & Employee Support

Handle basic employee queries, attendance, and leave tracking
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Help prepare monthly payroll inputs
Create and maintain SOPs, onboarding documents, and team guidelines
Conduct regular employee check-ins and support engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in HR, Operations, Administration, or Coordination
Strong communication and people-management skills
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable using Google Workspace and/or MS Office
Basic knowledge of tools such as Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Startup or small-team experience is a plus

What You’ll Achieve in Your First 90 Days

First 30 Days:
Build a structured system for daily reporting, task tracking, and recruitment.

30–60 Days:
Improve the onboarding process and introduce regular team check-ins.

60–90 Days:
Help establish a centralized system where leadership can easily track team performance and HR activities.
