An Operator is responsible for carrying out Aadhaar enrolment and update activities at Aadhaar Seva Kendra as per the guidelines of UIDAI. The operator captures demographic and biometric information, verifies documents, and ensures accurate processing of Aadhaar applications.

Salary : 15000 - 18000 per month (Based on experience and Last package)
UIDAI-certified candidates with experience in Aadhaar operations residing in or near Palakkad Town will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with Aadhaar enrolment and update requests.
- Verify supporting documents and application details.
- Enter demographic information accurately into the software.
- Capture biometric data including fingerprints, iris scans, and photographs.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with UIDAI standards.
- Generate and hand over acknowledgment slips to applicants.
- Return original documents after verification.
- Handle biometric exceptions and special cases as per guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of resident information.
- Keep updated with UIDAI policies, procedures, and software updates.
- Provide courteous customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Knowledge of local language and English.
- Aadhaar Operator / Supervisor Certification approved by UIDAI.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
