Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chemist to join our innovative research and development team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of scientific discovery, applying your expertise in analytical and biochemistry to develop and optimize new products. Your contributions will directly impact product quality, safety, and efficacy, supporting our mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions across various industries. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive scientific research to develop new formulations and improve existing products, utilizing principles of analytical chemistry, biochemistry, and wet chemistry techniques.
Operate and maintain advanced laboratory instrumentation such as spectrophotometers, gas chromatography (GC), high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and spectroscopy equipment to analyze samples accurately.
Design and execute experiments following Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and ISO 9001 standards to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Manage laboratory information using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data tracking, sample management, and reporting.
Perform quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure they meet stringent specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development projects, providing technical insights that drive innovation and process optimization.
Document experimental procedures, results, and analyses thoroughly for regulatory submissions and internal records.
Support manufacturing processes by troubleshooting technical issues related to chromatography, spectroscopy, or other analytical methods.
Stay current with advancements in quantum engineering applications relevant to chemical analysis and material sciences to enhance research capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
Proven laboratory experience with a strong background in analytical chemistry techniques such as chromatography (GC/HPLC), spectroscopy, and spectrophotometry.
Familiarity with GLP, CGMP, ISO 9001 standards ensuring compliance in research and manufacturing environments.
Hands-on experience working with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Knowledge of wet chemistry methods including titrations, pH analysis, and sample preparation.
Experience in product development, quality control testing, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of scientific research methodologies with an emphasis on precision and accuracy.
Ability to operate complex analytical instruments such as gas chromatographs and high-performance liquid chromatographs confidently.
Excellent documentation skills for maintaining detailed experimental records and reports.
