Full job description

Esthète Creations is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Visualiser who can transform ideas, concepts, and brand stories into engaging visual content.

The role goes beyond video editing. You will be responsible for understanding the creative intent behind a campaign and bringing it to life through video editing, motion graphics, transitions, typography, sound design, and visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands social media trends, has a strong visual sense, and can turn a simple idea into a compelling piece of content.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Visual Storytelling

Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, advertisements, and brand communication.
Transform raw footage into polished and engaging visual stories.
Create Instagram Reels, promotional videos, campaign videos, advertisements, and other digital content.
Maintain strong pacing, composition, transitions, and visual consistency throughout videos.
Adapt videos according to different platforms, formats, and audience requirements.

Motion Graphics & Animation

Create engaging motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects.
Bring static designs and campaign concepts to life through motion.
Create logo animations, text animations, product animations, and other branded motion assets.
Develop visually appealing graphics that complement the brand's identity and communication style.

Creative Execution

Understand creative briefs, campaign concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
Collaborate with Creative Visualisers, Content Creators, Account Executives, and other team members.
Contribute ideas during brainstorming and creative discussions.
Identify opportunities to make content more engaging, visually interesting, and platform-friendly.
Experiment with new editing styles, formats, AI tools, and emerging visual trends.

Social Media Content

Stay updated with current Instagram, YouTube, and other social media video trends.
Understand what makes content engaging, watchable, and shareable.
Adapt trending formats while maintaining the client's brand identity.
Create multiple variations of content for organic and paid campaigns.

Quality & Brand Consistency

Ensure all videos follow the client's visual identity, tone, typography, colours, and branding guidelines.
Maintain high standards of editing, animation, sound, and visual quality.
Review and correct videos before final delivery.
Ensure all deliverables are completed within the assigned timelines.

Required Skills

Strong video editing skills.
Good understanding of motion graphics and animation.
Strong sense of composition, typography, timing, and visual hierarchy.
Understanding of social media formats and trends.
Good knowledge of transitions, effects, sound design, colour correction, and basic colour grading.
Ability to understand a creative brief and execute it independently.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Software & Tools

Proficiency in some or most of the following:

Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
DaVinci Resolve
CapCut or similar short-form editing tools
AI-based video and creative tools

Knowledge of additional motion design, 3D, or AI tools will be an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

1–3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, advertising, digital media, or a creative agency.
Relevant degree/diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Design, Film, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
A strong portfolio/showreel is more important than formal qualifications.
