Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our core
management team.The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of
managing multiple tasks efficiently.This is a full-time, in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Support
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage front-office tasks such as email handling, visitor management, office supplies,
housekeeping supervision, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain administrative documentation and ensure basic office upkeep and safety.
Director Assistance
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, document Minutes of Meetings
(MoM), and follow up on action items.
- Act as a point of contact for communication with external stakeholders when required.
HR & Basic Accounts Support
- Assist HR with onboarding, documentation, internal communication, and employee
engagement activities.
- Support basic accounts tasks including invoicing, payment tracking, billing logs, vendor
payment records, and coordination with the finance team.
Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/B.Com/BA English)
Atleast 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, or in a
similar support role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic AI tools.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
