Job Summary:
The Site Foreman – Interior is responsible for supervising day-to-day interior work execution at the site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects. The role involves coordinating with carpenters, painters, electricians, and other workers to deliver projects as per design and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all interior works such as:
- Modular furniture installation
- Carpentry and joinery works
- False ceiling and partitions
- Painting and polishing
- Electrical and plumbing coordination
- Ensure work is executed as per:
- Drawings and specifications
- Approved designs
- Company quality standards
- Manage and monitor:
- Daily labor activities
- Work progress and timelines
- Material usage and wastage
- Coordinate with:
- Site Engineer / Project Manager
- Designers and vendors
- Clients (basic communication if required)
- Maintain:
- Daily site reports
- Labor attendance
- Work progress updates
- Ensure:
- Safety practices on site
- Proper handling of materials and tools
- Clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI in Carpentry, Civil, or Interior-related field (preferred)
- Basic understanding of interior drawings
Experience:
- 3–8 years in interior site execution
- Experience in modular furniture and residential/commercial interiors preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of interior execution
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Problem-solving ability on-site
- Basic communication (Malayalam / Tamil / English preferred)
- Time management and coordination skills
Working Hours:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or as per site requirement)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
