Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic MBA graduate to join our HR team as an intern. In this role, you will assist with a variety of HR tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes & calling candidates.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Help organize and coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
Assist in HR administrative tasks, including documentation and filing.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide support in employee relations and resolving basic HR-related issues.
Assist in data entry and analysis for HR metrics and reports.
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 per month
