Key Responsibilities

CNC Programming

Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software or manual programming.
Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications.
Select appropriate machining strategies, cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.
Conduct program simulations to identify and eliminate potential issues.

Machine Setup (Setting)

Set up CNC machines such as machining centers, lathes, milling machines, and turning centers.
Install and align fixtures, workpieces, and tooling.
Set machine offsets, tool lengths, and work coordinates.
Perform first-off inspections and make necessary adjustments.

Production Support

Quality Control

Maintenance & Safety

Required Qualifications

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, Machinist, Production Technology, or related field.
Experience in CNC programming and machine setup.
Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
Familiarity with CNC controls such as:
Fanuc
Siemens
Mitsubishi
Haas
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
Understanding of machining processes and cutting tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
