Full job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Technical General Instructor to deliver high-quality theoretical training to aspiring pilots. The instructor will be responsible for teaching aviation technical subjects, preparing students for regulatory examinations, and ensuring a thorough understanding of aircraft systems, principles of flight and powerplant.

Educational Qualification Required:

BTech (Aeronautical) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and online training sessions for pilot trainees.
Deliver lessons in accordance with the approved pilot training curriculum.
Teach Technical General and related subjects, including Principles of Flight, Aircraft Performance and Airframes, Engines, and Systems.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
Prepare and assess student progress through tests, quizzes, and mock examinations.
Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
Maintain accurate records of classes covered and syllabus completion.
Stay updated with aviation industry developments and regulatory requirements.
Support students in preparation for DGCA, EASA and other applicable licensing examinations.
Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with the Head Office when needed to ensure proper syllabus completion and effective program delivery.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
