Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive with a legal background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth client experience. Fresh graduates with an LLB or relevant legal qualification who have strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients and understand their legal and business-related requirements.
Act as a point of contact for clients and maintain professional relationships.
Coordinate with legal, business setup, compliance, and other internal teams.
Explain basic legal processes, documentation requirements, and service procedures to clients.
Follow up with clients for required documents, approvals, payments, and other pending requirements.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their requests or cases.
Handle client queries and coordinate with the relevant team for timely resolution.
Schedule client meetings and consultations with legal or business consultants.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Ensure timely and professional communication through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Support the team in client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and documents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
Freshers to 1 year of experience in client relations, legal services, business consulting, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of basic legal terminology and documentation.
Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with clients.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
Willingness to learn about legal, business setup, and corporate services.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
