Full job description

Plan, Coordinate and carry out patient care operations.
Address patient requests and needs in a professional manner.
Before shifting the patient to the room make sure its all clear and ready to handover (House Keeping, Maintenance, Biomedical).
Handover Keys to the Bystander/Patient at the time of Admission and educate them about Facilities provided in our hospital.
Treat Patients with Empathy and Respect.
Taking Daily Rounds and sort out any issues or problems they are facing.
Inform immediately to the concerned Department and do the follow up.
From the beginning of the admission of patient till the Discharge the Coordinator has to look after each patient for their Smooth stay.
In case of Death, Coordinator should talk to the bystander and find out their needs and do the needful till the bill is cleared.
In case of DAMA, Coordinator should talk to the bystander and find out the reason and inform the higher authority and do the needful till they leave after settling the payment.
Sunday Duty includes IP and OP handling for the smooth run.
Collect Feedback forms from discharge patients reviewing reporting corrective action taken from concerned department.
Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Doing Google Reviews Conforming the Availability of rooms for the Pre Booking Patients. Conveying to the bystanders regarding surgery status.
Preparing and Submitting the Monthly Quality indicator of In Patients to Quality Department
Maintaining the Inpatient Discharge Report register Room Allotment and ER duty (up to 11o Clock) on Sundays
Inpatient complaints Register through QR Code and reporting follow up and also maintain manual register.
Follow up the billing and Discharge Summary Preparation and note the Time in File in Billing Section and Concerned OP( GASTRO & LABOUR ROOM) and ensure to monitor the summary in the concerned nursing station and Discharge medicine entered in the Final bill.
After the bill Clearance we assure the payment and the patient left time.
