Full job description

Job Description – Junior Registrar

Qualification:

MBBS from a recognized institution.
Valid State Medical Council

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of clinical experience are eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

Examine, assess, and manage patients under the supervision of consultants and senior registrars.
Conduct ward rounds, maintain patient records, and prepare clinical documentation accurately.
Assist in emergency management, admissions, discharges, and routine medical procedures.
Coordinate investigations, review diagnostic reports, and implement treatment plans as advised.
Monitor patients’ progress and promptly escalate critical findings to the consultant.
Participate in outpatient clinics, inpatient care, and on-call duties as assigned.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.
Participate in clinical audits, departmental meetings, CME programs, and academic activities.
Maintain confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional conduct at all times.

Skills Required:

Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary team.
Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of emergency care and life support protocols.
Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
