Mining & Documents Engineer Specialist

Job Summary:

The Mining & Documents Engineer Specialist is responsible for managing mining-related technical documentation, project records, statutory approvals, excavation data, and coordination between site operations and management. The role ensures proper documentation control, compliance with mining regulations, and smooth execution of construction and mining activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and organize all mining and construction project documents.
Handle statutory approvals, permits, licenses, and compliance documentation related to mining activities.
Maintain daily excavation records, production reports, DPRs, and site progress reports.
Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, consultants, and government authorities for document submission and approvals.
Ensure proper filing and tracking of drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical reports.
Monitor mining operations data including excavation quantity, blasting records, material dispatch, and equipment utilization.
Prepare MIS reports and project documentation for management review.
Maintain document control systems for revisions, approvals, and record management.
Support tender documentation, billing documents, and project correspondence.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and mining regulations.
Assist in preparation of monthly progress reports and audit documentation.
Coordinate with geology, survey, and planning teams for technical data management.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all project documents.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience in mining, construction, infrastructure, or excavation projects preferred.
Knowledge of mining regulations, documentation procedures, and project coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and documentation management systems.
Good communication and organizational skills.
