Full job description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Physics Faculty to teach students at the higher secondary, undergraduate, or competitive exam level (JEE/NEET/CBSE/IGCSE/IB/GCSE, depending on the institution). The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students through engaging and interactive teachin

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Physics lectures using effective teaching methodologies.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, and laboratory activities where applicable.
Evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, and examinations.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Track student progress and maintain academic records.
Use digital tools, smart classrooms, and online teaching platforms effectively.
Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams (if applicable).
Participate in curriculum planning, faculty meetings, and academic development activities.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics and modern teaching practices.

Qualifications

Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics (mandatory).
B.Ed. is preferred for school-level teaching.
NET/SET/Ph.D. is preferred for college or university positions.
GCC teaching license or equivalency (preferred for Middle East positions).

Experience

India: Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of teaching experience are welcome.
Middle East: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE, IGCSE, IB, British, or American curriculum is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics.
Excellent classroom management and presentation skills.
Good verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and motivate students.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and online teaching platforms.
Strong analytical, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
