Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily office tasks, maintaining records, assisting staff, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking, if required.
Welcome visitors and provide general administrative support.
Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and efficient.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent .
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of office management procedures.
Experience with data entry and record management.
Familiarity with office software and databases.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Working Conditions

Full-time position.
Standard office environment.
Monday through Saturday (schedule may vary depending on business needs).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
