About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing & Media team. This role offers excellent career growth opportunities for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing, brand building, lead generation, and online business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms while driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
Manage and maintain all company social media platforms, business accounts, and digital assets.
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation.
Coordinate with the Creative Content & Copywriter, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor to execute marketing campaigns.
Manage website content, SEO, Google Business Profile, and online brand presence.
Build strategies to increase website traffic, customer engagement, and online conversions.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging digital marketing trends.
Track KPIs and prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and insights.
Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, SMS campaigns, and other customer engagement initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and customer touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and online customer acquisition.
Experience managing social media platforms and business accounts.
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and content marketing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, planning, and project management abilities.
Basic knowledge of website management, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and achieve performance targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing (Freshers with relevant certifications and strong practical knowledge can apply).
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
Strong interest in online marketing, branding, and business growth.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, creativity, self-motivation, and willingness to continuously learn new marketing trends and technologies.
