Full job description

Our flagship brand, PA Media, is the national news agency for the UK and Ireland. We provide customers across the media, sport, corporate, betting and public sectors with the broadest range of content, products and services to inform and entertain their audiences.

The Sales Administrator supports the sales team by ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations, managing sales documentation, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. This role acts as a vital link between the sales team, customers, and other departments, contributing to the overall success of the sales process and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, contracts, and order forms. (Please Note : This is not a direct sales, but a post sales operations job)
Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases with accurate client and deal information.
Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients, including scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and responding to inquiries.
Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
Assist with sales reporting, preparing dashboards and performance summaries for management.
Liaise with finance and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and resolve issues.

Preferred Skills

1 - 3 years proven experience in a similar role (Sales Support, Customer Service, IT Support / Ticketing Desk, Administration, Data Entry / Data Management, Operations or Back-Office Support) in an MNC.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic understanding of sales processes and commercial contracts.
Proficiency in any CRM systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, Odoo etc) would be an added advantage.
