This Work From Home Clinical Psychologist role in Pune allows clinicians to focus entirely on therapy delivery. Furthermore, it completely removes the heavy burden of clinic infrastructure, marketing, and administrative overhead.

Role Overview:

MantraCare is actively hiring licensed Clinical Psychologists to deliver structured, outcome-focused online therapy sessions to clients. Therefore, this remote role is highly ideal for mental health professionals experienced in delivering short-term, goal-oriented care for Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and employer-sponsored health plans.

Additionally, you will utilize evidence-based approaches to work with adult clients experiencing anxiety, depression, workplace stress, and complex relationship issues.

Key Responsibilities:

In this Remote Clinical Psychologist Job, you will:

Conduct Therapy: Deliver structured online psychotherapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform.
Targeted Treatment: Provide specialized therapy for Anxiety, Depression, and Workplace Stress Management.
Corporate Care: Deliver goal-oriented care for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and highly confidential session documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Care Planning: Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique symptoms following online screenings.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our clinical care navigation and provider support teams.
Inclusive Practice: Deliver culturally competent, inclusive, and genuinely empathetic care to individuals of all backgrounds.

Requirements:

To successfully qualify for this Remote Psychologist role, you should possess:

Education: Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related therapeutic field.
Licensure: Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration or equivalent clinical licensure for psychotherapy in India.
Experience: Minimum of 6+ months of active, hands-on clinical experience as a therapist or psychologist.
Skills: Strong proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities (such as CBT and REBT).
Technical Setup: The ability to conduct therapy effectively in an online setting, requiring a stable internet connection and a secure, private workspace.
