We are hiring a Website Developer to join our growing team. The role involves creating, updating, and maintaining websites that are attractive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our business and clients. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of web design and development basics, along with the ability to handle day-to-day tasks related to websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop websites that work smoothly on all devices.
- Update and maintain existing websites regularly.
- Ensure websites are fast, secure, and easy to use.
- Add new features, pages, and content as per company requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and fix bugs to ensure smooth website performance.
- Work closely with the design and marketing team to bring creative ideas to life.
- Optimize websites for better speed and search engine ranking (SEO).
- Test websites before launching to ensure proper functionality.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website structure.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Understanding of responsive design for mobile and desktop.
- Willingness to learn and keep up with new web technologies.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
