Admin Executive – Legal Process (Australian Vehicle Insurance)Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Admin Executive to support our Australian Vehicle Insurance Legal Process. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and experience handling backend operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for the Australian vehicle insurance legal process.
Manage and maintain case-related documentation with high accuracy.
Update and maintain records in internal systems and Excel spreadsheets.
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Handle data entry, document verification, and backend operations efficiently.
Prepare reports and track case progress using Microsoft Excel.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to process guidelines and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 3 years of experience in backend operations or administrative roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Prior experience in the insurance or legal process will be an added advantage.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Mode: Fixed Work From Home
Shift Timings: Australian Business Hours
