Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage and supervise students residing in the hostel. The role requires maintaining a safe, structured, and academically focused environment that supports students preparing for NEET and JEE.

The warden plays a crucial role in ensuring discipline, well-being, and daily routine adherence of students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Discipline & Routine Management

Enforce daily schedule (wake-up time, study hours, meals, lights-off).
Ensure students follow study routines sincerely.
Maintain strict discipline within the hostel premises.

2. Student Welfare & Safety

Act as the primary point of contact for student concerns.
Monitor student health, behaviour, and emotional well-being.
Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.

3. Attendance & Monitoring

Maintain daily attendance records (hostel + study hours).
Track student movements (entry/exit register).
Report irregularities to management immediately.

4. Coordination with Academic Team

Communicate with faculty regarding student performance or issues.
Help identify students who need additional support or monitoring.

5. Parent Communication

Update parents when necessary regarding student behaviour or health.
Handle emergency communication responsibly.

6. Hostel Operations Management

Supervise cleanliness, food quality, and maintenance.
Coordinate with kitchen staff, housekeeping, and security.
Ensure hostel rules are strictly followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience as a hostel warden / residential supervisor preferred
Strong discipline and leadership qualities
Ability to handle teenagers with patience and authority
Good communication skills (Malayalam + basic English preferred)
Physically present and available for hostel supervision (residential role)
