Job Title: Accounts cum Receptionist – Clinical
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Our client, a reputed clinical establishment, is seeking a smart, organized, and professional Accounts cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations, patient coordination, billing, and basic accounting and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both reception and accounts functions efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately.
Handle front desk operations and assist patients with inquiries and coordination.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and record payment entries.
Maintain daily accounts, cash collections, and expense records.
Assist with bookkeeping and accounting documentation.
Organize and maintain clinic files, reports, and administrative records.
Support inventory management and general office administration activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles.
Prior experience in clinics, hospitals, or the healthcare sector will be preferred.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to multitask and manage both reception and accounts responsibilities effectively.
