About Us
Suha Digitech is a premier technology and educational institution and a proud member of the Suha Group, an international conglomerate with a diversified portfolio spanning the UAE and India. Leveraging the group’s global expertise in hospitality, investment, and tech, Suha Digitech provides industry-leading training in AI, Full-Stack Development, and Digital Marketing. Following our successful operations in Nilambur, we are now launching our flagship Boutique Professional Institute in Ernakulam (Kochi). This new facility is designed to bridge the gap between academic qualifications and global industry standards. We are currently seeking driven, high-caliber professionals to join our founding Ernakulam team and help shape a new benchmark for professional education in Kerala.
Role Overview
You will own the entire marketing and admissions engine at Suha Digi Tech. You'll directly manage three front-line team members — our Digital Marketing Executive, Tele-Marketing Executive, and Business Development Executive — and make sure their efforts add up to a consistent flow of high-quality enrolments. You will set the monthly strategy, define targets, run campaigns, coach the team daily, and step in yourself to counsel serious students or parents who visit the campus. In many ways, you are the face of the institute when someone walks through the door.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
- Design the monthly marketing plan covering digital ads, social media content, tele-calling campaigns, and field outreach across Kerala.
- Break yearly enrolment goals into clear, trackable monthly and weekly targets for each team member.
- Decide where marketing money goes — which ad platforms to push, which locations to focus field visits on, what kind of leads to chase — and keep an eye on cost per enrolment.
Team Management & Target Delivery
- Digital Marketing: Guide the executive on ad creatives, audience targeting, landing pages, and lead quality. Review performance weekly.
- Tele-Marketing: Monitor call quality, lead follow-up speed, and conversion rates. Step in to handle tricky objections or escalated calls.
- Business Development (Field): Plan travel schedules, set meeting goals, and ensure field visits turn into genuine admissions, not just visits.
- Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly reviews. Recognise what’s working and fix what isn’t — fast.
Personal Counselling (Walk-ins & High-Value Leads)
- When a student or parent visits the Kochi office, you’re usually the senior person who sits with them, delivers a detailed course presentation, answers deep technical or career questions, and helps them decide.
- Handle high-stakes or corporate bulk enquiries yourself — for example, a company wanting to train 10 employees in Digital Marketing with AI.
- Build trust and credibility; your word often closes the deal.
Reporting & Improvement
- Prepare a weekly report: leads generated, calls made, meetings held, enrolments closed, cost incurred, and what’s planned next.
- Spot trends early — like a specific district suddenly showing more interest — and shift resources accordingly.
- Keep an eye on competitor courses, pricing, and marketing tactics. Bring ideas back to the team.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- 3–5 years of marketing experience where you have genuinely handled or closely supervised digital marketing, tele-calling, and field sales together, or at least two of them.
- Proven track record of managing a small team and hitting enrolment/sales targets month after month.
- Excellent spoken and written communication in Malayalam and English.
- Above-average understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic CRM or lead management tools.
- Comfortable being the face of the institute — you speak well in person, you look presentable, and you can hold a room with a group of parents.
Good to Have
- MBA in Marketing or a related field
- Prior experience in ed-tech, higher education counselling, or skill-training institutes.
- Familiarity with the geography of Kerala — you can suggest which towns to target next.
- Experience with Canva or basic design sense to guide the digital marketing executive when a visual isn’t working.
What We Offer
- Fixed salary plus performance-linked incentives
- Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You’re not expected to travel constantly; your presence is most needed at the Kochi campus. Occasional travel for key events or partner meetings is reimbursed.
- A real leadership role — you aren’t just executing someone else’s plan; you are building the marketing system and the team culture.
- Growth path to Head of Marketing & Admissions as the institute expands to new locations.
If you can turn a marketing budget and a small team into a consistent flow of new students, we'd love to talk.
