Job Summary

Sree Gokulam Speed and Safe Courier Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused International Booking Executive to manage international courier bookings, ensure accurate shipment documentation, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with customers and operational teams for smooth shipment processing.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handle international courier booking requests from customers.
Verify shipment details, including destination, weight, dimensions, and service requirements.
Prepare and process international shipping documents such as invoices, airway bills, customs declarations, and other required documentation.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and branch teams for timely shipment processing.
Track international shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.
Address customer inquiries, booking-related issues, and shipment concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate booking records and update shipment details in the company's software/ERP system.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and international courier guidelines.
Coordinate with international courier partners for shipment scheduling and delivery updates.
Ensure timely reporting of daily bookings and operational activities.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and shipment details.
Support the team in achieving operational and customer service targets.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good documentation and data entry skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Basic understanding of international courier procedures will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with experience in courier, logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, or international booking operations are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to learn international shipping procedures and documentation.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
