We Are Hiring – Sales Team Positions

Senior Executive – Sales
Assistant Manager – Sales
Manager – Sales

Location: Cochin, Kerala
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Field Work: Willingness to travel and conduct field visits is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, market visits, networking, and lead generation.
Identify and develop new customers and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure repeat business, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and successful business closure.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and finalize deals with clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales reports, customer details, and daily/weekly activity updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Work in a target-driven environment and consistently contribute towards business growth.

For Assistant Manager / Manager – Sales

Lead and guide the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business and market presence.
Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and customer acquisition.
Handle key clients and support the team in important negotiations and closures.
Identify new markets and business opportunities for expansion.
Provide regular sales performance updates and reports to management.

Skills Required

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Strong business development and sales aptitude.
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
Good networking and client-handling abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.

Eligibility

Any Degree / Diploma.
Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
Experienced candidates with relevant field sales / business development experience are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with experience in logistics / freight forwarding / shipping / related industries will be an added advantage.
Willingness to undertake field visits is mandatory.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
