Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior HR Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, onboarding activities, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Maintain employee records and HR documents.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data updates.
Prepare HR letters, reports, and other documentation.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
Support payroll data preparation and verification.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and meetings.
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and office administration.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance systems is an added advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
