Role Overview
We are looking for motivated candidates from Physics, Chemistry, or Optics backgrounds who are interested in working at the intersection of fundamental science and real-world engineering systems. The role involves studying research literature, translating concepts into experiments, and validating system performance under practical conditions.
Key Responsibilities1. Research & Literature Study
- Read and understand scientific research papers, technical documents, and reports
- Extract key concepts and evaluate their relevance to ongoing projects
- Support in identifying new approaches, materials, or sensing techniques
2. Experimental Work & System Testing
- Assist in setting up experiments and test configurations
- Perform testing of sensor systems and subsystems under lab and field conditions
- Record observations, analyze results, and identify system behavior
3. System Tuning & Validation
- Participate in tuning of systems to achieve optimal performance
- Identify operating conditions, environmental effects, and limitations
- Support calibration and validation activities
4. Field Testing & Data Collection
- Participate in field trials and real-world testing
- Collect and organize experimental and field data
- Assist in interpreting data for system improvements
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain clear documentation of experiments and findings
- Prepare technical notes, summaries, and internal reports
- Support proposal and research documentation work
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Physics / Chemistry / Optics or related disciplines
- Strong interest in experimental research and applied science
- Basic understanding of scientific principles and measurement techniques
