Job Description – Graphic Design, Printing & Client Coordination Executive Position: Graphic Design, Printing & Client Coordination Executive Department: Design / Marketing / Printing Operations Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with relevant skills may also be considered. Job Summary: We are looking for a creative, energetic and responsible candidate who can independently handle graphic designing, artwork setting, printing coordination, client interaction and outdoor marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between clients, designers, printing presses, vendors and the management to ensure that all printing and promotional requirements are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities 1. Graphic Designing & Artwork Design brochures, flyers, posters, visiting cards, banners, leaflets, invitations and other promotional materials. Prepare and modify artwork according to client requirements. Handle page setting, layout, typography, image placement and basic photo editing. Ensure that designs are print-ready and meet required specifications. Make corrections and revisions based on client/management feedback. 2. Printing & Production Coordination Coordinate with various printing presses for quotations, artwork submission, proof checking and final production. Obtain and compare printing quotations and negotiate rates wherever possible. Coordinate printing of offset, digital, flex, vinyl, banners, stickers, brochures and other promotional materials. Check printed materials for quality, colour, quantity, finishing and specifications. Follow up with printing presses to ensure timely delivery. 3. Client Interaction & Outdoor Visits Meet clients personally to understand their design, branding and printing requirements. Collect necessary information, logos, photographs and other materials from clients. Present design concepts and obtain approvals. Conduct outdoor visits to prospective and existing clients for business development. Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, vendors and printing presses. Generate new business opportunities through direct client visits and networking. 4. Management & Coordination Coordinate between clients, design team, management, vendors and printing presses. Maintain proper records of quotations, orders, artwork approvals, invoices and deliveries. Monitor deadlines and ensure that projects are completed within the agreed time. Report project status, pending approvals, production issues and client requirements to management. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize urgent assignments. 5. Business Development Identify potential customers requiring graphic design and printing services. Promote the company's printing, branding and promotional services. Follow up on enquiries and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. Maintain a database of clients, prospects, printing presses and vendors. Support the management in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets. Required Skills Good knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar design software. Knowledge of graphic design principles, colour combinations, fonts and layouts. Understanding of printing processes and materials. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate professionally with clients and printing press personnel. Good negotiation and follow-up skills. Strong coordination and time-management ability. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and printing-related work. Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Malayalam and English communication skills preferred; Hindi knowledge would be an advantage. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be: Creative and technically competent Confident in meeting clients personally Good at outdoor marketing and business development Experienced in dealing with printing presses Strong in follow-up and coordination Responsible for completing assignments within deadlines Target-oriented and commercially minded Willing to take ownership from client requirement → design → quotation → printing → quality checking → delivery. Performance Indicators / KPIs The candidate's performance can be evaluated based on: 1. Number of new clients acquired. 2. Monthly sales/orders generated. 3. Repeat business from existing clients. 4. Timely completion of design and printing assignments. 5. Number of successful client visits. 6. Quality and accuracy of artwork. 7. Printing cost negotiation and vendor management. 8. Client satisfaction. 9. Timely follow-up and collection of pending payments. 10. Overall contribution to the company's printing and marketing revenue.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
