Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior E-commerce Executive to lead and scale our global online sales across multiple marketplaces and our direct-to-consumer website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other leading e-commerce marketplaces across multiple countries.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational knowledge who can drive revenue growth, optimize marketplace performance, improve profitability, and expand the company’s global online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
* Manage and grow sales across Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other global and regional marketplaces.
* Launch and manage products in new international marketplaces.
* Ensure product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and conversions.
* Monitor Buy Box performance, pricing, stock availability, and marketplace compliance.
* Stay updated with marketplace policies and implement best practices.
E-commerce Growth Strategy
* Develop and execute global e-commerce growth strategies.
* Identify new sales channels and international expansion opportunities.
* Drive revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability across all online platforms.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Performance Marketing & Advertising
* Plan and optimize Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other marketplace advertising.
* Coordinate with the digital marketing team on Meta, Google, and other paid campaigns to drive online sales.
* Improve ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Shopify & D2C Website
* Manage and optimize the Shopify store for user experience and conversions.
* Coordinate website merchandising, promotions, landing pages, and product launches.
* Improve website performance through CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Product & Catalog Management
* Manage complete product catalogs across all channels.
* Coordinate product launches, pricing, promotions, bundles, and inventory.
* Ensure high-quality product content, images, videos, and SEO optimization.
Inventory & Operations
* Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain healthy inventory levels.
* Forecast demand and prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
* Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
* Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, profitability, customer behavior, and advertising performance.
* Use data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration
* Work closely with marketing, design, product, customer service, finance, and logistics teams.
* Coordinate with external agencies, marketplace account managers, and technology partners when required.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations.
* Proven experience managing:
* Amazon Seller Central
* Amazon Vendor Central (preferred)
* Noon Marketplace
* Shopify
* Other marketplaces such as, Sharaf DG, Carrefour, Lulu, Trendyol, Momsworld, Flipkart, or regional platforms.
* Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and SEO.
* Experience with Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
* Experience with inventory forecasting and demand planning.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience selling across GCC, Middle East, India or other international markets.
* Knowledge of ERP integrations and inventory management systems.
* Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
* Familiarity with AI tools for e-commerce optimization.
* Experience with product information management (PIM) systems.
