Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect motorcycles and scooters to identify issues or faults
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake checks, and tire replacements
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using tools and equipment
Repair or replace defective parts (engine components, chains, brakes, suspension, etc.)
Test ride vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functioning
Maintain records of services and repairs performed
Advise customers on proper vehicle care and maintenance schedules
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workshop
Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and systems
Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Physical stamina and manual dexterity
Attention to detail
Good communication skills

Educational Requirements:

ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Motor Mechanic Vehicle (MMV) or related field (preferred)
Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education

Experience:

Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in a similar role

Work Environment:

Workshop or service center setting
May involve exposure to grease, noise, and fumes
Requires standing for long hours and handling heavy tools

Salary Range (India):

Entry Level: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000+ per month

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
