Job Summary
The Visual Merchandiser (VM) is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of brand visibility, visual merchandising standards, and retail execution across assigned channel partner stores. The role focuses on enhancing consumer experience, maintaining planogram compliance, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand assets are displayed as per company guidelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Merchandising & Brand Execution
- Implement and maintain brand visual merchandising standards across assigned stores.
- Ensure accurate placement of fixtures, POSM, demo devices, spec cards, and branding elements.
- Maintain planogram adherence as per company guidelines.
- Execute seasonal, promotional, and product launch campaigns within specified timelines.
- Ensure proper visibility and upkeep of all merchandising assets.
Store Audits & Compliance
- Conduct regular store visits and audits.
- Monitor compliance with visual merchandising standards and report deviations.
- Identify and implement corrective actions for non-compliant stores.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of LWB, ISB, standees, easels, and other branding materials.
Campaign & Launch Management
- Support execution of new product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with channel partners and store staff for smooth implementation.
- Ensure timely installation and removal of campaign-related branding materials.
- Track campaign effectiveness and provide feedback to management.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Monitor availability and condition of VM assets.
- Maintain records of installed branding materials and fixtures.
- Coordinate replacement of damaged or outdated assets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of VM resources.
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Capture and share before-and-after photographs of store corrections.
- Maintain visit records through company reporting tools and Google Forms.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor visibility updates.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Support senior management visits and market audits.

Required Qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, or Channel Marketing.
- Experience in Mobile, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or Retail Industry preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong visual merchandising knowledge.
- Understanding of retail operations and planograms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
