We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Programmer to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and write CNC programs (manually and via CAM software) for turning and milling machines.
Utilize and optimize G-code and M-code for various CNC controllers (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Haas).
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models (2D & 3D).
Perform or support machine setups, including selecting tools, setting work offsets, and loading programs.
Verify program accuracy through simulation and test runs, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications.
Optimize tool paths and machining parameters for efficiency, surface finish, and cycle time.
Troubleshoot machining problems and recommend solutions.
Work closely with engineering, QC, and production teams to maintain part quality and resolve design/manufacturing challenges.
Maintain accurate documentation for programs, setups, and tool lists.

Requirements:

Diploma or Certification in CNC Programming, Machining, or Manufacturing Technology.
Proven hands-on experience with CNC turning and milling operations.
Proficiency in manual G-code programming and use of CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).
Familiarity with CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Haas, Siemens.
Strong understanding of technical drawings, GD&T, and machining tolerances.
Ability to select appropriate cutting tools and work holding methods.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
