PositionOperations Executive / Assistant Manager – Event Management

We are looking for smart, energetic, and responsible professionals who can manage event operations, coordinate vendors, and ensure smooth execution of projects and activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute events, activations, and branding projects
Handle on-ground event operations and logistics management
Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, promoters, hotels, and clients
Manage manpower deployment and operational activities
Ensure timely setup, execution, and dismantling of event sites
Monitor event quality, timelines, and deliverables
Prepare operational reports, checklists, and project updates
Handle client coordination during project execution
Manage procurement and vendor follow-ups
Travel for event execution and site visits when required

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any stream (MBA/Event Management preferred)
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Event Operations, Activation, Branding, or Project Coordination
Freshers with strong coordination and communication skills may also apply
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Candidate should be comfortable with field work and travel
