Primary Coordinator – PRT | GD Goenka Public School, Kolkata

GD Goenka Public School, Kolkata is looking for an experienced and dynamic Primary Coordinator to lead and coordinate the Primary/PRT section.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Primary/PRT Coordinator.
Must have prior experience working in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and primary-level academic processes.
Experience in academic planning, teacher coordination, lesson planning, assessments, and monitoring.
Ability to mentor and guide PRT teachers effectively.
Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Should be proactive, disciplined, and capable of handling academic responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the day-to-day academic functioning of the Primary section.
Supervise and support PRT teachers.
Monitor lesson plans, syllabus completion, assessments, and academic progress.
Ensure effective implementation of CBSE curriculum and school policies.
Coordinate with the Principal, HM, teachers, and parents when required.
Maintain academic standards and ensure smooth functioning of the Primary section.

Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
