Full job description

Hiring: Bartender / Barista

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Bartender / Barista to join our café team. If you have a passion for coffee, beverages, and delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, mocktails, shakes, and other café beverages.
Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
Keep the bar and coffee station clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment safely.
Maintain hygiene and follow food safety standards.
Assist with inventory and stock management.
Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
Work closely with the kitchen and service staff during busy hours.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or Bartender is preferred.
Freshers can apply
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual, responsible, and a team player.
Willingness to learn and maintain high service standards.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹13,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
