Full job description

Social Media Management

Manage the company’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
Prepare and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Create, schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels and promotional content.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, campaign messages and social media copy.
Respond to comments, messages and customer interactions in a professional and timely manner.
Track current social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand.
Maintain a consistent brand tone, visual identity and communication style across all platforms.

Content Creation

Create attractive social media posts, reels, videos, product creatives and campaign content.
Use AI-based content creation tools to generate ideas, scripts, images, videos, voiceovers and other creative assets.
Coordinate product photography, food shoots, customer testimonial videos and behind-the-scenes content.
Edit short-form videos suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and advertisements.
Convert product features, customer stories and business updates into engaging social media content.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, video editors and other external agencies whenever required.

Influencer Marketing

Identify suitable food, travel, parenting, lifestyle, student and micro-influencers for brand collaborations.
Contact influencers and negotiate barter or paid collaborations.
Prepare influencer briefs, campaign guidelines and content requirements.
Coordinate product dispatches, posting schedules, approvals and deliverables.
Maintain a database of influencers, collaboration status, costs and performance.
Track the reach, engagement, enquiries and sales generated through influencer campaigns.
Build long-term relationships with relevant content creators and brand ambassadors.

PR and Publication Outreach

Identify relevant newspapers, magazines, online publications, food portals, travel platforms, bloggers and media houses.
Connect with journalists, editors, writers and publication representatives for brand coverage.
Draft press notes, founder stories, product launch announcements and brand-related content.
Pitch Spice Up Foods for interviews, articles, features, awards, exhibitions and relevant industry opportunities.
Coordinate with PR agencies or media professionals whenever required.
Maintain a database of media contacts and follow up regularly for coverage opportunities.

Campaign Planning and Reporting

Plan social media campaigns for festivals, travel seasons, student departures, product launches and special occasions.
Coordinate contests, giveaways, influencer campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Monitor social media analytics, follower growth, engagement, reach, website traffic, enquiries and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Analyse which content formats and campaigns are performing well and recommend improvements.
Work closely with the founder, performance marketing team, e-commerce team and sales team.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and short-form video content.
Good written and spoken English and Hindi.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to create engaging captions, scripts and campaign ideas.
Basic knowledge of graphic-design and video-editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut or similar platforms.
Familiarity with AI-based content tools for image, video, copy and idea generation.
Understanding of influencer marketing and digital content trends.
Good organisational and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable appearing in videos or coordinating video shoots when required.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
