Diploma / Degree engineers with civil / electrical background having a clear idea for the project sales with exposure to work with the major project houses like L&T / JMC Project / ITD Cementation / Shapoorji & Paloonjietc & project owners like ITC / TCS / Infosys / Private & Other Govt. Hospitals etc.

Job Details

Has an exposure to sales & marketing of Fire & safety project work like Fire fighting item like Hydrant , Pump & Detection system & IBMS system, Fire Check Door, Fire Glazed Barrier & Fire partition
Thorough idea project sales handling like project application understanding, approach to project site engineer, Architect, MEP consultant, Major Contractors would be considered as a prerequisite, Exposed to building construction segment shall be given preference
The incumbent should have an effective communication skills both in writing & verbal with a good command over the English language
Good at MS- Office, Excel , power point & understanding in Auto CAD
Incumbent should be technically sound in their respective field with a clear understanding in offer preparation, submission & meeting various level of customers to close the deal , knowledge on competitor activities, payment collection
Has to have his own sets of customers in the building construction segment
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skill
The selected candidate has to serve our organization minimum 1 year strictly
Open for travelling in the region having techno commercial acumen with a flair for technical sales for 2-3 years (minimum) & In house training shall be provided by us.
Develop new customers & retain them ,Positive minded, Quick learner, hardworking & undoubted good team member, target driven.
