Your role:
***THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION ON-SITE BASED OUT OF OUR KOLKATA OFFICE***.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain systematic trading and execution systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.

Partner with quant researchers to productionize models, signals, and execution logic.

Implement and optimize numerical methods across signal research, execution, and portfolio/risk systems.

Optimize latency through low-level systems and network programming.

Develop backtesting, simulation, and performance attribution tools.

Build real-time risk controls, monitoring, and alerting.

Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and operational automation.

Design reusable, exchange-agnostic components to support new venues and strategies.
Preferred Qualifications

Degree in CS, Math, Engineering, or a quantitative field (or equivalent experience).

0–3 years in a systems or quantitative engineering role.

Strong C/C++ with solid foundations in data structures, algorithms, and OOP.

Familiarity with numerical optimization techniques (e.g. convex optimization, least squares, gradient methods) and relevant libraries (e.g.

Eigen, BLAS, LAPACK, or similar).

Linux proficiency; working knowledge of Python and shell scripting.

Familiarity with TCP/IP, multithreading, and parallel programming.

Clear communicator; takes ownership and follows through.

HFT or exchange experience is a plus.
