Position: HR Intern / Trainee

This is a 1 month internship/training program where candidates will get practical exposure of different HR activities.

After successful completion of internship, selected candidates will be offered a full-time HR Trainee / HR Executive opportunity with salary between ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month based on performance, learning ability, sincerity and overall contribution.

Internship Details

Duration: 1 Month
Mode: Work From Home
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

After Internship (Selected Candidates)

Role: HR Trainee / HR Executive
Work Mode: Work From Office
Location: North Kolkata

Office Timing:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will get practical training and work exposure in:

Recruitment & hiring process
Job posting on different portals
Candidate calling and coordination
Interview scheduling and follow-ups
Maintaining employee database and records
Attendance and leave management process
Basic payroll processing knowledge
P.F., E.S.I. and Professional Tax compliance understanding
HR documentation and policy management
Employee engagement activities
Training coordination
Office administration support
Working experience on HRMS software system

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers can apply
B.B.A., M.B.A. (HR), B.Com. or any Graduate candidates are welcome
Candidates interested in building a long-term career in HR
Basic computer knowledge required
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
