Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-friendly Front Office Executive to join our four-wheeler automobile dealership in Kollam, Kerala.

The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership and will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, directing them to the appropriate team, handling enquiries, and supporting the overall customer experience.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in front office, customer service, automobile dealerships, hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing roles are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and relevant exposure are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers visiting the dealership in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate Sales or Service team.
Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally.
Provide basic information regarding vehicles, dealership facilities, offers, test drives, and service requirements.
Coordinate customer appointments, test drives, and meetings with the concerned team.
Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Customer Relations, and other departments to ensure smooth customer handling.
Receive and record customer feedback and direct complaints to the concerned department.
Assist customers with basic documentation and dealership processes when required.
Manage the reception area and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, WhatsApp, and other customer communication channels.
Support customer follow-up activities when required.
Maintain daily reports and update CRM/DMS records accurately.
Assist the management and other departments with basic administrative and coordination activities.
Ensure a high standard of customer service and professional behaviour at all times.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Good telephone etiquette.
Customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Knowledge of CRM/DMS software will be an added advantage.
Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer concerns.

Qualification & Experience

Graduation in any discipline preferred.
1–2 years of experience in front office, customer relations, automobile, hospitality, retail, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
Freshers are welcome if they have good communication skills and relevant exposure through internships, training, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing activities.
Previous experience in a four-wheeler automobile dealership will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
