Urgent requirement for the position of Admin Incharge / Admin Executive for our Automotive Dealership operations.
Position: Admin Incharge / Admin Executive
Industry: Automotive Dealership
Location: Kollam
Experience: 2–5 years in Administration, Facility Management, or Dealership Operations preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall branch administration and facility management.
- Vendor coordination and AMC management.
- Monitoring housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
- Asset management and inventory control.
- Managing utility bills, office supplies, and administrative records.
- Coordinating with various departments for smooth branch operations.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the automotive dealership industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
