Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group career counselling sessions for students.
- Administer and interpret career aptitude, interest, and personality assessments.
- Guide students on subject selection aligned with their career goals.
- Assist students in exploring higher education opportunities in India and abroad.
- Organize career guidance programmes, university fairs, and guest lectures.
- Maintain updated information on colleges, universities, entrance examinations, scholarships, and career trends.
- Counsel students and parents regarding career planning and educational pathways.
- Coordinate with universities and educational organizations for admissions and awareness sessions.
- Support students with college applications, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), recommendation letters, and interview preparation.
- Maintain confidential student counselling records and career portfolios.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school leadership to identify students requiring additional guidance.
- Prepare annual career guidance plans and submit periodic reports to the Principal.
Qualifications
- Bachelors /Master's Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
Experience in university admissions counselling and overseas education guidance is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
