Job Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Customer Relations to support CRM operations, sales coordination, reporting, customer engagement programs, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills with experience in CRM, sales administration, or customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to sales, collections, dealer performance, and business activities.
- Generate reports and presentations using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Tally.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Logistics, Stores, and Production teams for order tracking and operational follow-ups.
- Manage dealer, customer, and painter communication regarding schemes, loyalty programs, order status, and service support.
- Support CRM operations, customer databases, and loyalty program activities.
- Lead and guide Customer Relations Executives (CREs) in daily operations.
- Coordinate sales meetings, dealer meets, exhibitions, promotional activities, and customer engagement events.
- Maintain meeting records, follow-up trackers, and action plans.
- Support CRM software, sales applications, report generation, and database management.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred).
- MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, Sales Administration, Customer Relations, or Marketing Support.
- Experience in Paints, Building Materials, FMCG, or similar industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM software and reporting systems.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, reporting, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
