Job Summary

Position2 seeks a highly motivated Digital Marketing Trainee to join our team, specializing in Search Engine Marketing (SEM). This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about kickstarting a career in digital marketing and excelling in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Actively contribute to creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify and capitalize on campaign opportunities
Vigilantly monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI
Play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to elevate campaign effectiveness and exceed business objectives
Collaborate extensively with the content team to craft compelling ad copy and landing pages that drive unparalleled conversions
Assist in astute budget management and bid adjustments to maximize campaign performance
Stay at the forefront of the latest SEM trends, best practices, and algorithm updates
Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or post-graduation in Marketing
Robust understanding of digital marketing concepts, particularly SEM and PPC
Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics is a significant advantage
Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to thrive independently and contribute seamlessly in a team within a high-paced environment
Eagerness to swiftly adapt and master new tools and technologies

Preferred Skills

Prior experience or an internship in digital marketing is a distinctive advantage
Certification in Google Ads is a significant asset
Profound knowledge of SEO principles and their correlation to SEM
Experience in executing A/B testing and driving conversion rate optimization (CRO)
