Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for digital marketing, branding, promotions, social media, and company presentations. The role includes video editing, motion graphics, poster/banner design, social media creatives, and branding materials.

Key Responsibilities1) Video Editing

Edit raw video footage into professional and engaging final videos.
Create promotional videos, reels, ads, walkthrough videos, and project highlights.
Add transitions, background music, subtitles, text effects, and motion graphics.
Trim, arrange, and enhance videos for social media, YouTube, website, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure videos are delivered in the required format, quality, and timeline.

2) Graphic Designing

Design posters, brochures, banners, flyers, social media posts, and advertisements.
Create branding materials such as logos, presentation templates, company profiles, and marketing creatives.
Develop visual concepts that match the company’s branding and campaign objectives.
Prepare print-ready and digital design files as required.

3) Social Media & Marketing Support

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Work with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.
Design thumbnails, story creatives, reels covers, and ad creatives for social media promotions.
Ensure consistency in branding, fonts, colors, and visual identity across all materials.

4) Content Coordination

Coordinate with management, marketing team, photographers, and site/project teams to collect content and requirements.
Understand campaign objectives and convert ideas into creative visual outputs.
Maintain organized files of videos, images, project footage, and design assets.

5) Quality & Delivery

Ensure all designs and edited videos are of high quality and aligned with company standards.
Meet deadlines for campaigns, client presentations, and promotional activities.
Review and revise creative outputs based on feedback from management.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Graphic Designing, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field
Relevant certification in video editing / graphic designing will be an added advantage.

Required Experience

1–4 years of experience in video editing, graphic designing, or multimedia content creation
Freshers with strong portfolio and software skills may also be considered.
Experience in real estate / interior / construction / marketing company is an added advantage.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CorelDRAW or similar tools
Strong knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design principles
Ability to create social media creatives, reels, ads, and branding materials
Good understanding of color, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of photography / videography coordination
Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content strategy
Ability to create short-form video content for social media promotions
Experience in YouTube editing, reels editing, and ad creatives

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
