Full job description

1. Direct and Indirect Taxes

Preparation and filing of Income-tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs and companies
TDS compliance, return filing and reconciliation with Form 26AS
GST registration, return filing and reconciliation of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B
Preparation of replies to notices and assistance in income-tax and GST proceedings
Research on tax provisions, notifications, circulars and judicial decisions

2. Audit and Accounting

Statutory audit, tax audit, internal audits
Examination of books of account, ledgers, vouchers and supporting documents
Preparation and review of financial statements
Bank reconciliation and transaction-wise analysis of bank statements
Verification of expenses, revenue, receivables, payables, inventory and fixed assets
Working knowledge of Tally, Busy, Zoho and other accounting software

3. Other Business and Financial Advisory Responisibilties

Preparation of projected financial statements and CMA data
Assistance in project finance and bank loan assignments
Ratio analysis, cash-flow analysis and assessment of working-capital requirements
Tax-planning computations and comparison of alternative business scenarios
Preparation of professional reports, presentations and client communications

4. Added Excel functionalities and AI Technology Skills

Use of formulas, PivotTables, lookup functions and data-validation tools
Reconciliation of data obtained from different financial and statutory sources
Drafting of notices, replies, opinions, checklists, reports and client correspondence
Maintaining proper documentation and assignment-wise working papers
Writing clear prompts and critically reviewing AI-generated output
Using AI-assisted workflows for Excel analysis, document review and compliance research

ELIGIBILITY

Chartered Accountant – Fresher/Experienced

Qualified Chartered Accountant
Sound understanding of accounting, Income-tax, GST and auditing
Experienced candidates should be capable of independently handling assignments and client communication
Freshers with strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

CA Article Assistant/Intern

CA Intermediate student eligible for articleship or internship
Basic understanding of accounting and taxation
Eagerness to gain practical exposure across multiple areas

Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate

B.Com., M.Com. or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of accounting, taxation, Tally and MS Excel will be preferred
Fresh graduates with good analytical and learning abilities may also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
