Full job description

Job Summary:
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee record management. The role ensures smooth HR operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
Coordinate background verification and employee file management.
Support recruitment activities and joining formalities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.
Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities.
Assist in the recruitment process.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR processes and labour compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in HR Operations (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kota, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Operations: 2 years (Preferred)
HR: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
