Internship Duration

Job Summary

The HR intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. This internship offers practical exposure to HRMS operations, employee support, attendance and leave management, and HR documentation while providing valuable experience in UAE HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

Handle employee HR queries and concerns through the HRMS ticketing system, ensuring timely responses, accurate resolutions, and appropriate escalation of unresolved issues to the HR team.
Assist in maintaining employee records, files, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support attendance, leave, and shift-related data management, ensuring records are updated accurately.
Coordinate with employees to address HR-related queries and provide appropriate guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records at all times.
Perform general HR administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications

Master of business administration (MBA).
Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Good knowledge of HR policies and HR practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of HRMS or HR software.

Internship Benefits

Monthly stipend of ₹5,000.
Hands-on experience in HR operations and administration.
Exposure to UAE HR policies, practices, and processes.
Practical experience working with HRMS and HR documentation.

Certificate of Internship upon successful completion of the internship (subject to company policy).

Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
