Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hospital Administration Trainer to join our new branch in Kollam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs on hospital operations, patient management, medical records, billing, and healthcare compliance. Candidates with Gulf hospital experience will be given high preference.

We are looking for a knowledgeable Hospital Administration Trainer who can teach students the practical aspects of running a hospital — from front desk management to medical records, billing, and regulatory compliance. If you have worked in a Gulf hospital in an administrative or training role, you will be strongly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on hospital administration topics
- Teach modules including:
- Hospital organizational structure
- Patient registration and admission procedures
- Medical records management
- Hospital billing and insurance coordination
- Outpatient (OP) and Inpatient (IP) department workflows
- Discharge processes and documentation
- Hospital infection control basics
- Healthcare compliance and patient safety
- Use case studies, role-plays, and real-world scenarios for effective learning
- Assess student understanding through tests, assignments, and practical demonstrations
Curriculum Development
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, handouts, and assessments
- Align curriculum with current hospital industry standards and Gulf hospital practices
- Create mock hospital documentation forms (admission, discharge, billing, medical records)
- Integrate soft skills training (communication with patients, doctors, and families)
Student Assessment & Support
- Evaluate student performance through written exams, practical tasks, and projects
- Provide constructive feedback and additional support to struggling students
- Prepare students for hospital job interviews and internship placements
- Maintain student attendance, grades, and progress reports
Practical Exposure & Internship Coordination
- Coordinate with local hospitals for student visits and internships
- Arrange guest lectures from practicing hospital administrators
- Simulate hospital software (HIS) training if available or using demo tools
- Guide students on resume preparation for hospital administration roles
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain training records, attendance logs, and assessment results
- Prepare monthly training progress reports for management
- Keep curriculum and training materials updated and organized
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure training follows institute policies and healthcare training standards
- Assist in internal and external audit preparations for the training department
- Maintain confidentiality of student and training records
