Cyber Security Engineer – Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain secure network and system infrastructure
Monitor security systems and respond to security incidents and threats
Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and SIEM tools
Perform vulnerability assessments and security risk analysis
Implement security best practices for servers, cloud environments, and applications
Support security audits, compliance activities, and documentation
Investigate and troubleshoot security-related issues
Collaborate with IT and development teams to improve overall system security
Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and access control policies
Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies

Required Skills

Knowledge of networking, system administration, and cybersecurity concepts
Experience with firewalls, antivirus, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security tools
Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments
Basic understanding of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing concepts
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities
