Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety compliance, and coordinating with contractors, engineers, and workers to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, vendors, and labor teams.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain proper site documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure workplace safety standards and compliance with company policies.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with the engineering team.
- Monitor manpower utilization and site productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report project status to management.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and project plans. ( AUTOCAD MUST)
- Strong coordination and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools preferred).
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects preferred.
- Ability to handle site operations independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
